About Gift to Nature

What we do

Gift to Nature acts as a bridge between Isle of Wight visitors and locals and the beautiful and diverse Isle of Wight environment. We collect money from individuals who want to see the environment conserved and enhanced and invest this into projects which create or restore wildlife habitats, and help people visit and understand those habitats. For most of our projects we also use the public's contributions to help lever in extra funding from government, lottery or businesses. This can mean we triple or quadruple your contributions!

Who runs Gift to Nature

Gift to Nature started in 2001 and is run by Island 2000 Trust, an Isle of Wight based arts and environment charity. It is managed by Sam Buck and Martin Gibson.

Where are we

Island 2000 is based in East Cowes, and our projects are distributed around the Isle of Wight.
